Do we need new cameras?
No. We use footage from your existing CCTV. Standard 1080p cameras at the counter, shelf or dock are usually enough; we check your camera angles on the kickoff call.
What does the Vision Assessment cost?
Rp 25.000.000, one-time. The fee is credited in full toward a pilot if you proceed within 60 days. Card payment is via PayPal (charged as about USD 1,400); invoice and bank transfer are available on request.
Is our footage safe?
Yes. Footage is processed under NDA, faces are not stored, and everything is deleted after the assessment. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
What losses can computer vision find?
Typical findings are unbilled or miskeyed items at the till, customers leaving the queue, empty shelves, idle loading bays and assets that are not moving. We agree the loss type with you before we start.
How long does it take?
Results arrive within 10 working days of receiving the footage.
What happens after?
You get a pilot proposal with a fixed scope, price and baseline metric. If you go ahead within 60 days, the Rp 25.000.000 is deducted from the pilot fee.
