Furthermore, the checkout process was disjointed—BAs had to manually generate QR codes and walk customers to a cashier, breaking the "intimate brand moment" and causing long queues.

The AIQU Systems Solution
We built an AI Co-Pilot tailored for tablets and kiosks. It uses computer vision to analyze skin conditions instantly and feeds that data into a conversational engine (in Bahasa Indonesia) to recommend the perfect regimen. Crucially, it integrates directly with the POS for a one-tap QR checkout.
